PartnerAid exists to help communities to fight poverty and to improve the general living conditions in developing countries. We are an organisation for development cooperation and development orientated relief. Our mission is to partner with disadvantaged communities, empowering them to implement relief and development projects, recognising culture as a key to their sustainability. PartnerAid supports or directly implements projects with a community focus in less developed countries and regions suffering from complex emergencies.
Besides supporting communities through projects and partnerships, we are active in education and training for transformational development, and creating public awareness for communities in poverty.
PartnerAid was established in 1997 by Christians, who were determined to make an active contribution to overcome poverty in the countries of South- and Central Asia. Today PartnerAid works in more than 10 countries, mainly in Afrika and Asia. The international office is located in Neu-Anspach close to Frankfurt, Germany. Other PartnerAid offices are located in the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.
